The Bapu Gujarat knowledge Village( BGKV) and the various educational institutes constituting it are promoted and  managed by the SHANKERSINH VAGHELA BAPU Charitable Trust (SVBCT), Reg No : E/ 1294/Gandhinagar . The Managing Trustee, Shri Shankersinh Vaghela,  former Chief Minister of Gujarat, a hugely popular leader is known for his pioneering efforts aimed at societal development, other Trustees are; Smt. Gulabba Shankersinh Vaghela,Shri Mahendrasinh Shankersinh Vaghela, Shri Bharatsinh Shankersinh Vaghela and Smt. Jayendrakunvarba Vijaysinh Vaghela.
